Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides direction to meet company objectives and improve throughput.
• Identify gaps and prevent downtime or bottlenecks in production.
• Lead team in product and process improvements; coach operators as needed.
• Review attendance and staffing levels for shifts; ensure safety adherence.
• Participate in hiring decisions and investigate incidents with the Safety Manager.
