Qualifications

• Five years of manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Familiar with a variety of manufacturing processes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Commitment to employee involvement and continuous improvement.
• Excellent skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Authorized to work in the United States; ITAR considerations apply.

Responsibilities

• Assigns and leads workflow on the production floor to meet daily goals.
• Provides direction to meet company goals and improve throughput.
• Identify gaps and prevent downtime or bottlenecks.
• Lead the production team in product and process improvement.
• Solve problems to root cause to prevent recurrence.
• Review operators' performance and attendance.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping compliance.
• Participate in hiring decisions for operators.
• Investigate accidents with Safety Manager.
