Job summary

Clarios, a leader in energy storage solutions, seeks a hands-on manufacturing leader to ensure production requirements are met, staffing is adequate, and employee relations are strong. You will plan, manage and coordinate manufacturing activities to reach established goals, while training staff for safe and efficient performance and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards.

The role involves coaching employees, administering wage policies, and collaborating with Production Control

Qualifications

• Experience directing production teams to meet goals.
• Proven ability to coach and develop employees.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production requirements are met and staffing levels are appropriate.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and enforce policies.
• Coordinate manufacturing activities to achieve management goals.
• Train personnel for safe and efficient work performance.
• Review and coach employees against plant goals and standards.
• Maintain production salary/wage policies and administer health/safety standards.
• Report daily indicators and investigate variances for improvements.
• Coordinate workflow with Production Control department.
