• Education and work experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 3–5 years in manufacturing supervision preferred.
• Background in manufacturing technology and line operating experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster cooperation and effective communication.

Responsabilités

• Manages all hourly third shift production employees and oversees direction and evaluation of units.
• Coordinates the manufacturing schedule and production activities for the 3rd shift to meet productivity targets.
• Ensures product quality through operator training, inspection techniques, and adherence to procedures.
• Recommends improvements to quality, efficiency, and machine utilization; addresses safety and housekeeping issues.
• Maintains attendance records and coordinates with Materials Manager and Customer Service to set priorities.
