Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of global and regional logistics operations.
• Ability to translate logistics requirements into actionable plans.
• Proficiency in financial and analytics for cost control and decision making.
• Knowledge of international direct and indirect taxes and global customs regimes.
• Proven change management accomplishments and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email.

Responsibilities

• Confers with management to establish production and quality standards and data needs.
• Coordinates production activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality control for optimum utilization of resources.
• Reviews production and quality reports to identify causes of nonconformities and problems.
• Minimizes scrap and manages MRO usage; ensures clean work areas and proper stocking.
• Monitors production metrics and prepares monthly report cards; drives continuous improvement.
• Ensures employees read and adhere to policies; maintains supplies and equipment.
• Monitors SPC system to detect issues and stores production data.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
