Job summary

Clarios, located in Florence, KY, is seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor to lead night-shift operations and drive safety, quality, staffing, and productivity goals. This hands-on leadership role requires coordinating with maintenance, quality, and operations to maintain smooth production and support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field; equivalent manufacturing leadership experience will also be considered.
• 1+ years of supervisory or people leadership experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or distribution environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead frontline employees, manage performance, and drive accountability in a fast-paced operation.
• Ability and willingness to work night shift, overtime, and other shifts as needed to support business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly production employees and ensure safety, quality, staffing, and productivity goals.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and support overall plant performance.
• Lead daily production activities, coach employees, address operational challenges in real time, and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Monitor key manufacturing metrics such as output, scrap, labor efficiency, downtime, and attendance; take corrective action when necessary.
