Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; candidates pursuing a degree will be considered.
• Supervision experience preferred with leadership ability.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel and perform physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams in paint, metal, and final assembly areas.
• Create and monitor production plans with staffing levels and goals.
• Conduct daily safety audits and ensure adherence to policies.
• Lead daily problem solving and Lean initiatives to reduce waste.
• Provide feedback, conduct evaluations, and participate in staffing decisions.
