Job summary

Qualifications

• Three or more years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Strong communication skills to lead and support the team.
• Analytical ability to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Demonstrated leadership guiding a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift safety, quality, and productivity metrics on the floor.
• Develop associates, assign work, and drive improvements through coaching.
• Ensure accurate pre-shift notes, ICIM reporting, and timely communication.
• Hold associates accountable to performance expectations and attendance.
