Job summary

Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry Master in New Hampton, IA seeks a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to lead the night production team, driving safety, quality, and productivity while coaching a hands-on crew.

You will monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions, ensure LOTO compliance, and partner with planning to meet customer deadlines. Previous leadership in manufacturing and foundry experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Foundry experience preferred.
• Experience with root cause analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop production leaders and team members to meet safety, quality, and production goals.
• Create a safe, engaged, and accountable work environment.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to drive performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety programs (including LOTO) and company standards.
• Drive continuous improvement through root cause problem-solving.
• Coordinate with planning and leadership to meet customer demands and deadlines.
• Support training, coaching, and development of your team.
• Promote strong communication between shifts for seamless operations.
• Take ownership of shift performance, staffing, and efficiency.
