Job summary

The ideal candidate possesses supervisory experience in an industrial setting, is flexible with scheduling, and is proficient in Microsoft Office. This role offers a 2-2-3 rotating schedule with 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• At least two years of supervisory experience in an industrial or secondary metal aluminum setting preferred.
• Able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, holidays, and vacation coverage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and highly motivated.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 10-15 employees in aluminum melting, casting, packaging, and shipping.
• Ensure quality products in a safe work environment.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis for production issues.
• Assist in employee scheduling and production assignments.
• Monitor and enforce safety procedures.
