Job summary

Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry Master in New Hampton, IA seeks a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to lead the night production team, driving safety, quality, and productivity while coaching a hands-on crew.

You will monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions, ensure LOTO compliance, and partner with planning to meet customer deadlines. Previous leadership in manufacturing and foundry experience are preferred.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
  • Foundry experience preferred.
  • Experience with root cause analysis preferred.
