Job summary

First Quality Retail Services in Lewistown, PA seeks a Team Lead (Production) for the night shift to coordinate operating teams and drive daily shift objectives. You will develop improvement plans, work with supervisors and support staff, and lead training to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to effectively operate one machine technology at advanced level.
• Standard knowledge of technical processes, materials, and procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Ability to work in and manage a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operating teams to achieve daily shift goals.
• Develop team improvement plans to achieve higher levels of operation performance.
• Maintain communication with Lead Operators, Production Supervisors, and support personnel.
• Train team members in coordination with training support functions.
• Participate in Daily Operations Meetings and communicate results to the team.
• Lead and assist in keeping machines and surrounding areas clean at all times.
• Troubleshoot and analyze mechanical and operational issues; take corrective actions.
• Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on equipment.
• Perform changeovers on equipment.
• Complete shift production reports and downtime/maintenance logs.
