Job summary

Swagelok in Solon, OH is seeking a Production Supervisor for 3rd shift (6pm–6am) to lead a team of about 20 in the Fittings Service Group. You will drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery while managing resources and ensuring adherence to Swagelok policies.

Responsibilities include Lean Daily Management cadence, staffing planning, and coaching through performance management, with a 30% shift differential and overtime eligibility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of relevant work experience with oversight of teams and productivity goals.
• Intermediate computer skills including MS Office and MRP systems.
• Must be available to support shift transitions and off-shift meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing activities for safety, cost, quality and delivery goals.
• Manage resources and 20 direct reports to meet schedule.
• Drive Lean Daily Management System cadence and metrics.
• Staffing and scheduling planning with daily/weekly cadence.
• Coach and mentor associates; enforce policies and escalate issues.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory and Swagelok standards.
