Job summary

Swagelok, a leading Northeast Ohio manufacturer, seeks a site Manufacturing Leader to drive safety, quality, and delivery. You will lead the Lean Daily Management System, establish metrics, and manage staffing while aligning with Swagelok’s values and Continuous Improvement culture.

You will mentor a team, enforce policy, and partner with support functions to optimize operations and reduce waste. Excellent communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; basic manufacturing operations knowledge.
• Intermediate computer skills incl. MS Office and MRP systems.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree and formal leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and leadership for site manufacturing to meet safety, cost, quality and delivery goals.
• Drive Lean Daily Management System cadence and establish clear metrics.
• Develop staffing plans and manage escalation and problem solving with a daily/weekly/monthly cadence.
• Coach and mentor associates and drive continuous improvement.
• Enforce policies and ensure adherence to HR processes and safety standards.
