Job summary

Swagelok in Solon, OH seeks an Order Fulfillment Associate on 3rd shift. You will perform picking, restocking, putaways, and receiving activities in a fast-paced distribution center, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery. You’ll operate PIE equipment, follow standard work, and maintain safety with full PPE.

This role supports Lean initiatives and continuous improvement. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and warehouse experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Warehouse/Order Fulfillment experience preferred.
• Able to read and follow standard work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Picking & Restocks and Forward Putaways.
• Dissemination/Receiving and Location Audits.
• Stock & Pallet delivery and Requisition Runner.
• Bulk Picking/Restocks/Putaways and Bus Driver duties.
• Operate PIE (Power Industrial Equipment) and meet productivity standards.
• Use PPE and report safety concerns.
