Job summary

Hikma Pharmaceuticals USA is seeking a Group Leader, Operations for the 3rd shift in Cherry Hill, NJ. The role leads hourly production staff, ensures cGMP compliance, and executes the production schedule to meet customer service needs.

You will oversee Filling, Inspection, and Packaging, provide coaching, and coordinate line activities. Strong leadership, English communication, and computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 5 years in a non-GMP environment or 2 years in a GMP environment; leadership demonstrated.
• Associate's Degree with at least 2 years in GMP or non-GMP environment; leadership demonstrated.
• Excellent English language comprehension, both written and verbal.
• Ability and working knowledge of computer use.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily activities of hourly production staff and provides leadership and coaching.
• Coordinates and prioritizes work assignments; ensures execution of production schedule.
• Initiates and completes investigations for production-related deviations.
• Provides phase-in training for new and existing employees.
• Handles conflict resolution and general problem/requests as needed.
• Evaluates and enforces current practices within responsibility areas.
• Coordinates orders for production-related materials.
• Supports management and engineering projects as assigned.
• Maintains training records for departments and production areas.
• May generate reports using Access, Excel, ISO Train, and Line Management Systems.
• Performs inspection processes as required; ensures gowning compliance.
