Job summary

Hikma Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. in Cherry Hill, NJ is hiring a Fill Operator I for the 3rd shift to manage the full spectrum of duties in controlled filling and ancillary rooms, including setup, operation, sanitization, equipment cleaning, and quality checks.

You will follow aseptic procedures, document logs, and support preventive maintenance as needed. A High School diploma and up to 2 years ofrelated experience (production or clean room) are required, with training opportunities to earn higher

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; 1 year experience operating production equipment and/or analytical instrumentation or 2 years as a Clean Room Operator preferred.
• Aseptic technique training is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains gowning qualifications.
• Operates automated filling and support equipment (fillers, stoppering units, cappers).
• Completes paperwork/log books for filling rooms per procedures.
• Follows SOPs for fill room operation and performs equipment cleaning.
• Performs fill weight checks and other quality checks.
• Assists with preventive maintenance on filling equipment as needed.
• Notifies supervisor of maintenance/safety issues.
• Overtime may be required on short notice.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
