Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience managing or leading a team.
• Preferred: Lean Six Sigma and Safety & Health Fundamentals or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team on a 3rd shift (10:30pm–6:30am) and report disruptions to the Manufacturing group leader.
• Ensure components, parts and documents meet quality specs before progressing.
• Operate and oversee machinery, perform production tasks, monitor output quality.
• Maintain records of daily production activities and pilot runs.
• Provide certification level job training and foster teamwork with supervisors and coworkers.
