Hikma Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. in Cherry Hill, NJ, is seeking a Chemical Process Operator I for the Sunday-Thursday night shift (10:30pm–7:00am). The role involves weighing, mixing, cleaning, tank handling, and PM activities within a cGMP environment.

You will maintain batch records, assist with QA checks, and support manufacturing operations on a non-supervisory basis. Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma with 1 year in a cGMP facility; an Associate's in Science is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 1 year in a cGMP facility.
• Experience documenting batch records and logs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a cGMP environment.
• Strong reading comprehension of formulation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate scales, mixers, pumps, CIP units and tanks.
• Maintain log books, inventories and batch records.
• Weigh chemicals and prepare cleaning solution batches.
• Perform pH adjustments as required.
• Transfer finished batches to next processing area.
• Adhere to cGMPs and SOPs.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Take samples and run quality checks.
• Record issues and inform supervisor.
