Job summary

AAON Tulsa seeks a Production Leader for Crew 4 (Wed–Sat 5:45pm–6am) to guide daily activities, assign tasks, and ensure production targets, quality, and safety. You will manage resources and mentor team members.

Responsibilities include enforcing QC, tracking metrics, coordinating with inventory, and reporting to management. Candidates should have leadership experience in manufacturing and proficiency with MS Office and production software.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, QC and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team, assigns tasks and provides guidance to meet targets.
• Monitors quality control processes and safety protocols.
• Allocates labor, equipment, and materials to support the production plan.
• Generates reports on productivity, quality, and efficiency metrics.
