Qualifications

• Ability to train, coach, and evaluate operators.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising all personnel and operations on shift.
• Maintain knowledge of processes and equipment.
• Report process/equipment problems promptly.
• Verify that discharges from the plant stay within limits.
• Train, upgrade, evaluate, and review operators.
• Organize work for smooth operation.
