Job summary

AAON, Inc. in Tulsa, OK seeks a Production Leader for Crew 2 (Sun-Wed, 5:45pm–6:00am). Lead a small team, assign tasks, and coordinate daily production to meet schedules and quality while upholding safety.

Requires strong communication, problem solving and organization, plus MS Office and production software proficiency and the ability to obtain 608 refrigerant certification. Collaborate with management to drive improvements and maintain accurate material inventory.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 3 years of leadership in production/manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of workers, assigns tasks and provides guidance.
• Motivates and mentors team members to maximize productivity and quality.
• Collaborates with management to meet production targets.
• Allocates labor, equipment and materials to support the production plan.
• Monitors quality control and investigates issues to ensure standards.
• Enforces safety protocols and conducts safety training/audits.
• Implements process improvements to boost productivity.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and coordinates with inventory control.
