Job summary

AAON is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations on the Tulsa, OK floor. You will coordinate production activities, plan schedules, and collaborate with department supervisors to ensure timely, cost-effective production.

The role requires a HS diploma/GED and 3–5 years of industry experience, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills to maintain quality and efficiency on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Minimum of HS graduate/GED required; higher education is an added advantage.
• Preferred 3–5 years of industry experience.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities to manage production teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct production activities to ensure goods are manufactured efficiently.
• Analyze production documents to determine requirements and plan work schedules accordingly.
• Collaborate with other supervisors to coordinate operations between departments.
• Maintain accurate records of operations data including employee time, production, and costs.
• Prepare reports on shift performance for departmental supervisors.
• Implement measures to motivate employees and enhance production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
• Requests materials, supplies, equipment parts, or repair services as needed.
• Maintain regular attendance and be punctual for assigned shifts.
• Foster cooperative relationships with colleagues.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
