Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or GED or equivalent plus 3 years of demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in production/manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control and safety regulations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain 608 universal refrigerant certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of workers, assign tasks and provide guidance.
• Motivate and mentor team members to maximize productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with management to meet production targets and allocate resources.
• Monitor and enforce quality control processes to meet standards.
• Investigate and address production and quality issues as they arise.
• Ensure safety protocols and regulations are followed; conduct safety training and audits.
