The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in production or manufacturing, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvements while maintaining compliance and safe work

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and safeguarding personnel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Solid organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to operate MS Office and production management software.
• Ability to obtain and maintain 608 universal refrigerant certification.
• English language proficiency (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of a team to ensure smooth production.
• Direct tasks, provide guidance, and mentor team members to boost productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with management to meet production targets.
• Allocate resources (labor, equipment, materials) to support the plan.
• Enforce quality control processes and safety compliance.
• Investigate and address production and quality issues as they arise.
• Conduct safety training and audits; propose safety improvements.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and coordinate with inventory teams.
• Generate reports on productivity, quality, and efficiency metrics.
• Provide regular updates to management on status and challenges.
