Unilever is seeking a Night Shift Production Supervisor in Independence, MO to drive safety, productivity, quality and morale on the night shift. You will lead a shift crew, manage scheduling and coordinate with Facilities, QA and Planning to meet plant goals.

You will monitor performance, apply TPM and safety programs, and help control costs while ensuring compliance with GMP and food safety standards.

Qualificações

• High school diploma required.
• 3+ years of experience leading a team in a food/CPG/FMCG, pharmaceutical or automotive manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating across multiple shifts (nights, weekends, etc.).
• Demonstrated hands-on leadership in a high-volume, fast-paced production environment.
• Working knowledge of GMP, food safety, and quality standards.

Responsabilidades

• Manage manufacturing activities during the designated shift, leading and motivating shift employees.
• Ensure safety, efficiency, loss management, quality and continuous improvement (TPM).
• Interface with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and schedule coverage.
• Utilize Kronos Timekeeping to track hours, overtime, vacations and absences.
• Support annual budgeting and control fixed and variable costs.
• Promote a safety-oriented culture and drive plant targets.
