Job summary

Unilever is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for the 12-hour night shift to lead teams in its North America Personal care facility. You will champion safety, drive quality, and promote continuous improvement across the factory while aligning to business targets and operating system practices.

You will develop teams, manage performance, and lead improvements to achieve reliability, waste reduction, and strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1-3 years’ leadership experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Drive safety systems and compliance on the factory floor.
• Ensure quality standards through training and on-floor education.
• Support root cause analysis for quality and safety incidents.
• Drive productivity via factory operating systems and targets.
• Lead equipment breakdown response and allocate resources.
• Develop and deliver plans to meet medium- and long-term targets.
• Track KPIs like efficiency and changeover losses; manage resources.
• Foster team development and engagement through hiring and training.
• Provide timely feedback and manage attendance standards.
• Lead Lean/WCM improvement projects on the floor.
