Oldcastle APG in New York State seeks a Production Supervisor (Night Shift) to lead a manufacturing crew, driving daily production goals and ensuring quality in a busy concrete and precast environment. You will supervise operators, set expectations, inspect equipment, and coordinate maintenance, inventory usage, and safety compliance while coaching staff and enforcing policy.

Qualifications

• Previous team lead experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating forklift, bobcat, and loader; troubleshoot production machinery.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and endure climbing, bending, and standing.
• Experience on block or paver machines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set production goals and expectations.
• Visually inspect and test machinery; set up and operate equipment.
• Operate forklift as directed and follow safety policies.
• Inspect work in progress and finished product.
• Oversee daily preventive maintenance.
• Track and report inventory and parts usage.
• Analyze scorecards and day shift production reports.
• Train, promote, and discipline employees.
• Ensure all safety rules are followed.
• Supervise department to meet quality and production standards.
