Job summary

Kane Partners LLC in Bethlehem, PA is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead an overnight manufacturing team. This hands-on role balances safety, quality, productivity and people development.

You will supervise night-shift staff, coordinate schedules, uphold safety policies, and drive continuous improvement with cross‑functional collaboration. Industrial environment experience and Lean familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supervising manufacturing or production teams.
• Strong knowledge of plant operations, safety, and production processes.
• Experience coaching, performance management and team development.
• Strong mechanical, technical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement principles preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coach production employees on the night shift.
• Plan and assign work, establish priorities, and monitor production schedules.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Partner with quality and other departments to maintain production standards and resolve issues.
• Address employee performance, attendance, and development through coaching and accountability.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
