Job summary

Amcor Flexibles, LLC is seeking a Team Leader to supervise daily production activities at our United States plant. The role emphasizes leading by example, ensuring safety, quality, and timely shipments.

You will coordinate breaks, manage packaging operations, and monitor documentation and reports while working closely with supervisors to resolve quality issues and maintain operational efficiency. The position requires high school diploma, experience in fast-paced production, and the ability to

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, production environment.
• Regularly stand, sit, or walk for long periods; use hands to handle objects; reach with hands and arms.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 35 lbs regularly.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Exemplifies Amcor Behaviors and Values; leads by example and remains professional in and out of the plant.
• Inspect product to ensure quality and set aside substandard items.
• Coordinate and give breaks to Packer/Handlers.
• Maintain production supplies and assist in packaging and labeling for shipment.
• Communicate production goals to Packer/Handlers to ensure on-time shipments.
• Assist in training associates and ensure timely, proper reports and documentation.
