Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Production Planning Support Coordinator for the Cold Spring, MN complex. You will provide administrative and operational support across multiple departments, organize information, prepare reports, and coordinate meetings to aid day-to-day plant operations.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential. Schedule is Monday–Friday with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience: Administrative, operations support, production planning or related experience preferred.
• Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Communication: Clear written and verbal communication across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to multiple managers.
• Compile and organize information for reports, presentations, spreadsheets, charts and pivot tables.
• Assist with maintenance and tracking of operational records and statistics.
• Organize meetings, conference calls and events; coordinate logistics for plant activities.
• Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
