Job summary

The Bernard Group, Inc. is seeking a Production Lead for our Machine Room team in Chanhassen, MN. You will mentor and coach crew, train staff on machine setup and workflow, and ensure quality checks before shipment to customers.

This working lead position requires hands-on operation, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities, with a shift pattern of 5:45 PM to 5:45 AM on Wednesday to Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred 3 years experience in CNC routing.
• OSHA 10 Hour certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach employees in their area of responsibility (bindery, fabricating, cutting, or kitting).
• Train new and existing employees on machine setup and process flow.
• Perform last quality check before shipment and liaise with CSR and managers.
