Job summary

The Bernard Group, Inc. in Chanhassen, MN is seeking an experienced Fabrication Lead to mentor a team, optimize workflow, and ensure on-time, high-quality production.

You will train staff on machine setup and processes, supervise daily outcomes, and provide performance feedback to management while delivering customer-ready products. You will also oversee last quality checks, coordinate with CSR and managers, and help drive a culture of safety, accuracy, and efficiency in our 100% employee-owned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent
• OSHA 10 Hour Certification is a plus
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a team of peers and temporary staff with clear communication and direction
• Evaluate workflows to create work standards and efficient processes
• Use various fabrication techniques to assemble the product accurately
• Maintain specifications by observing operations, detecting malfunctions and troubleshooting processes
• Perform Quality Control (QC) procedures to meet Company standards
• Assist with training and development of employees and temporary workforce
