Greenfield Milling is seeking a Production Operator I for night shift (7pm to 7am) in Richmond, UT. The role covers transferring, bulk loading, and packaging finished products with a focus on safety, GMP, and HACCP. You will operate milling equipment, sample products, and support quality controls.

Responsibilities include labeling, weight checks, sanitation, and collaboration with production teams. On‑the‑job training is provided, and the company offers comprehensive benefits and career

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; on‑the‑job training provided.
• Ability to read and follow customer specifications and safety policies.
• Able to operate and monitor transfer and packaging equipment.
• Capable of handling physical duties including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Transfer, bulk load and package finished products.
• Operate transfer equipment and packaging systems safely.
• Sample and analyze milled flour using lab instruments.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of packing and loading areas.
• Collaborate with scheduler, quality and maintenance teams to resolve issues.
• Assist in training new personnel in packaging functions.
