Job summary

Eligible for internal pay advancement to $26.15/hour, with 120 vacation hours and 11 holidays annually, and comprehensive benefits. The role supports packaging, processing, sanitation, startup/changeover, and equipment shutdowns; requires forklifts, HACCP checks, and lifting up to 50

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED. Minimum 2 years of machine operation and/or mechanical/technical experience.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification and operate PIV/POV equipment.
• Must communicate effectively in English with coworkers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Support production packaging and processing operations, sanitation, and startup/changeover/shutdown of equipment.
• Troubleshoot machinery and coordinate with maintenance to resolve issues.
