Astenjohnson-Holdings in Waco, TX is hiring a Night Shift Production Assistant to keep manufacturing moving safely and on schedule. You will assist operators, set up and operate machinery, and work in a fast-paced environment that demands attention to detail and teamwork.

The role runs 2nd shift from 7 PM to 7 AM, offering 60 hours per week and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum six months’ manufacturing experience.
• Willing to work night shift and 60 hours per week.
• Able to lift 50–75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain machines under supervision of an Operator.
• Back-up for the Operator in case of absence or day off.
• Set up, operate, and maintain slitters, roll formers, unwind stations, and related equipment.
• Operate and maintain forklifts and other equipment as needed.
• Perform in-progress and post-job inspections of product.
• Adhere to client job specifications and quality standards.
• Complete paperwork documenting production information.
• Load and unload delivery trucks and trailers.
• Work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Meet deadlines; maintain reliability 60 hours/week.
• Other duties as required.
