Job summary

The AZEK Company is seeking a production operator to support our manufacturing team on a rotating shift from 6:45 PM to 7:00 AM. The role carries a starting pay of $19.00 per hour with a $3,000 bonus potential, paid as $1,500 at 3 months and $1,500 at 6 months.

Responsibilities include maintaining quality checks, pallet placement, packaging finished material, and accurate reporting. A high school diploma or GED is required and reliability, teamwork, and safety are emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to accident-free operations and compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
• Assist the department in producing a quality product per specifications.
• Monitor and complete quality checks on color, surface, size to meet product standards prior to packaging.
• Perform pallet placement and proper packaging of finished material.
• Move material to designated areas as needed.
• Assist extrusion operator with machine cleaning and related tasks.
• Communicate daily issues to production team members and leaders.
• Follow plant safety procedures to ensure personal and others' safety.
• Complete production operator reports and related paperwork.
• Attach labels according to product specs.
• Perform housekeeping in the production area.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
