Job summary

The AZEK Company is seeking a Production Support Operator for a Monday–Friday shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Pay is $16.50 per hour with responsibilities including loading parts, hanging, measuring, counting, and QA checks to ensure quality before the line.

You will read orders and blueprints, work with team members to align on priorities, and strictly follow safety guidelines while handling heavy parts (over 50 lbs).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in manufacturing or loading roles preferred.
• Able to lift heavy parts (over 50 lbs) and perform repetitive lifts.
• Read and interpret job orders and blueprints accurately.
• Basic measurement skills and use of measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Load parts onto pallets or fixtures according to job specs.
• Hang parts safely using hooks and fixtures to prevent damage.
• Measure and count parts to ensure correct placement.
• Perform visual quality checks before parts move to the line.
• Review job orders and read blueprints to follow requirements.
• Collaborate with team and supervisors on priorities and schedules.
• Follow safety protocols during lifting and loading tasks.
