Job summary

The AZEK Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician IV for the night shift in Wilmington, OH. Choose Monday–Friday or Sunday–Thursday, 11 PM to 7 AM, with a 10% night-shift differential and a starting pay of $35.00–$40.00 per hour. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

You will keep production lines and equipment running, coordinate with the Maintenance Manager, and support TPM/6S programs. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to read drawings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Two-year maintenance-related certification preferred.
• Welding and forklift certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains production lines and equipment to run continuously.
• Develops and prioritizes work orders with Maintenance Manager and Supervisors.
• Completes work orders as defined by leadership and operators.
• Supports 6S and TPM programs.
• Trains operators in preventative maintenance checks.
• Participates in line commissioning after maintenance events.
• Assists with plant projects as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
