Job summary

The AZEK Company is seeking a Blending Operator B Crew to operate and monitor blending systems, ensuring accurate distribution of raw materials for production. This full-time, on-site role collaborates with production teams to maintain quality and meet schedules in a fast-paced plant environment.

Pay is $21.50 per hour with a $3,000 bonus potential, including $1,500 at 3 months and $1,500 at 6 months. A forklift certification and flexibility to work a 24/7 shift are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing, production, or blending experience.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced 24/7 manufacturing environment.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor material levels in silos using blending systems.
• Operate blending equipment and adjust distribution as needed.
• Coordinate with production teams to support scheduling.
• Perform material inspections and inventory counts.
• Safe operation of forklifts, yard trucks, and related equipment.
• Maintain production records and follow safety procedures.
