The AZEK Company is seeking a Blending Operator D Crew to operate and monitor blending systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will ensure accurate distribution of raw materials and support production scheduling.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of manufacturing, production, material handling, or blending experience.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain material levels within silos using computerized blending systems.
• Operate blending equipment and adjust material distribution as needed.
• Communicate with production teams to ensure blending requirements support scheduling and goals.
• Conduct visual inspections of material bins to ensure inventory levels across the shift.
• Transfer materials between railcars, silos, and production areas.
• Perform quality inspections on incoming raw materials.
• Ensure dust and regrind materials are stocked at bag and dump stations.
• Receive, sample, and stage raw material trailers in designated locations.
• Unload wood flour trailers and maintain cleanliness of unloading and storage areas.
• Operate a yard truck to move trailers within the facility.
• Complete inventory counts and maintain accurate production records.
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.
