Job summary

RealTruck is seeking a Production Assembler to contribute to the manufacture of high-quality products. You will follow work instructions to assemble parts, meet production goals, and maintain a safe, clean workspace.

The role offers a full-time schedule with paid orientation and weekly pay, with opportunities for bonuses and employee engagements. Shifts are Monday–Thursday, 10-hour nights, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 months of related experience or training preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Follow established work instructions to assemble products or components.
• Achieve production goals and deadlines for assigned areas.
• Complete required paperwork and data entry.
• May work at different workstations as needed for production.
• Attend and maintain good attendance; report on time.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
