Job summary

LiDestri Foods, Inc. is seeking a Process Operator I for 12-hour nights (6pm–6:30am) at our Rochester, NY site. You will prepare batches, monitor batch cards, and ensure accurate quality checks while operating equipment.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, PPE familiarity, basic math and computer skills, and prior machine operator experience. The position offers solid pay ($23.36–$26.99/hour) and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to wear PPE and use basic protective equipment.
• Experience as a machine operator preferred.
• Ability to use basic math, computer and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up equipment and ensure it is functioning.
• Follow batch cards to verify item codes, weights and descriptions.
• Prepare batches per batch card and record quality checks.
• Assist with ingredient lot number reports.
• Maintain clean kitchen and utensils; ensure inventory accuracy.
• Report food safety and quality issues.
