Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to wear PPE and maintain safety.
• Basic computer and communication skills, math, and reasoning.
• Experience with hand tools (RF scanner guns, can openers, knives, scales).
• Previous machine operator, QC technician, or forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Familiar with majority of production equipment and processes.
• Ensure products meet customer and product requirements.
• Validate correct materials are used.
• Adhere to quality standards and policies.
• Ensure finished product is transported/loaded correctly.
• Identify defects in incoming and outgoing products.
• Cross-train or provide equipment training as defined by manager.
• Be flexible to work various shifts and facilities.
• Work safely and report food safety and quality issues.
