Job summary

LiDestri Foods, Inc. is seeking a Process Operator for a 12-hour night shift (6:00pm-6:30am) in Fairport, NY. You will prepare products per batch cards, verify codes and lot numbers, and ensure quality checks are documented.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must wear PPE (bump cap, hair net, ear plugs, beard net if applicable, Kevlar gloves, safety glasses, leather shoes).
• Basic computer skills, math and reasoning required.
• Ability to use basic hand tools (knife, pumps, scales).
• Previous experience as a machine operator.

Responsibilities

• Set up and ensure all equipment is functioning.
• Follow batch cards including item codes, lot numbers and weights.
• Prepare batches per batch card (kettles, breddos, brix, acid, pH).
• Assist with ingredient lot number reports.
• Remove unnecessary product for current batch run.
• Participate in CIP processes as needed.
• Maintain clean kitchen and utensils.
