Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Process Coach to lead the evening/night frontline team and align it with safety, efficiency, and cost targets. You will oversee operations, drive improvements, and maintain compliance across shifts in a large beverage manufacturing environment.

The role requires off-shift weekend work, supervisory experience, and Lean Six Sigma familiarity. PepsiCo offers comprehensive benefits and a performance-based bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing, warehouse or operations.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience leading frontline teams.
• Experience tracking safety, quality, productivity KPIs.
• Experience coordinating staffing and shift handoffs, including off-shift.
• Owns operational processes and drives corrective actions.
• Lean Six Sigma experience preferred, with at least one project.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team to address day-to-day operations and goals.
• Drive safety, line utilization and quality performance standards.
• Provide change leadership with minimal people impact.
• Motivate frontline staff through regular presence on the plant floor.
• Apply RTT knowledge to meet standards and capabilities.
• Monitor KPIs and costs, correcting trends affecting targets.
• Ensure equipment reliability to minimize downtime.
• Develop people through training, hiring, and communication.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Administer policies and procedures.
• Occasionally operate manufacturing equipment.
