Zusammenfassung

PepsiCo is seeking a Process Coach to lead one or two production lines in a 24-hour operation. You will own processes, ensure standard work, and collaborate with Operations, Tech Services, Quality and Engineering to drive True Efficiency and stable performance.

The role requires a strong background in manufacturing processes, data-driven problem solving, and the ability to influence across shifts. A high school diploma is required; a related Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or process improvement.
• Strong understanding of production processes and performance metrics.
• 1-3 years of proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence across shifts and functions without direct authority.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, 24 hour manufacturing environment.
• This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.

Aufgaben

• Own all manufacturing processes for an assigned production line across a 24-hour operation.
• Ensure consistent execution of standard work across all shifts.
• Identify process gaps and variability; lead corrective actions to restore stability.
• Develop, implement, and sustain new standards and tools to drive loss elimination.
• Use structured problem solving and CI tools to eliminate losses, improve TE, and reduce waste and rework.
• Capture learnings and best practices and translate them into a current best approach.
• Track, analyze, and report line performance using accurate, reliable data.
