Job summary

• 1-3 years of proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence across shifts and functions without direct authority.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, 24-hour manufacturing environment.
• United States work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Own all manufacturing processes for an assigned production line across a 24-hour operation.
• Ensure consistent execution of standard work across all shifts.
• Identify process gaps and variability; lead corrective actions to restore stability.
• Develop, implement, and sustain new standards and tools to drive loss elimination.
• Use CI tools to eliminate losses, improve true efficiency, and reduce waste.
• Track, analyze, and report line performance with reliable data.
• Own data accuracy and integrity for the line; ensure correct use of tracking systems.
