Job summary

Blount Fine Foods in Fall River, MA is seeking a second shift Production Associate. The role requires accurate HACCP paperwork handling, batch record tracking, and entering recipes into the production systems. You will work on the pack-out line, identify yield/bottleneck issues, and support production as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 0-3 months related experience or training.
• Must be detailed and team oriented.
• Able to follow procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify dept HACCP paperwork.
• Register and record key process steps; from start to finish of batch.
• Assist w/ Pack out line set-up.
• Enter all recipes into the Production database systems.
• Identify departmental yield and bottleneck issues; communicate with Lead/Coordinator.
• Production support as needed.
• Radio Frequency (RF) usage.
