Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior manufacturing plant experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift/carry weights.

Responsibilities

• Blend system/triblender operation and CIP.
• HTST/UHT systems.
• LCP operation and CIP.
• Department/inner-department CIP operation and responsibilities.
• MITS system operation.
• PM responsibilities documentation.
• Milk/Oil receiving CIP operations.
• Ingredient weighing/additions and slurry room operations.
• Contribute to plant operations by producing high quality products on time for filling/packaging lines.
• Meet GMP, SMP and safety requirements with minimal product/ingredient loss.
